This was a class project at SVA with Bonnie Clas to create a New York Times Magazine cover with 'Your Guide to Munich' as the main feature. All 3 type styles are custom made, the first two are hand lettered.
 
Each cover focuses on a different aspect of Munich, Germany. There's the Octoberfest inspired beer type, the royal type inspired by the Neuschwanstein Castle, and the modern type inspired by the BMW headquarters.
