I was the lead Art Director for 2 years on the Citizens Bank account at Rosetta. As digital AOR, we wanted to modernize the brand online — use the space for more than web-friendly versions of branch literature.
Citizens Bank is a top-ten bank in the United States with a major foothold in the Northeast as well as midwest (as Charter One). Well-known as a neighborhood bank with a friendly attitude, my team put together major initiatives like a demo of their new online banking system. This was a timed walkthrough that showcased all the great new features to people in an easy to digest manner.
Landing pages, banners and other portions of citizensbank.com were all updated under my tenure with modern colors as well as copy that was easier to digest on the web. One of the last projects I spearheaded was to create a series of movies about the Cost of College — break-down the scary process of paying for school to both students and parents alike.
The client was perpetually pleased with our work and saw higher online account applications.
