My early designs and final designs for istd's circus brief, had to make 3 posters for a circus museum. I used this image of the monkey as a background template, it's my first time trying to draw my own typeface and draw one that fits to an image, i enjoyed it.

Final Designs - in the end I decided to use a projector and real items such as a mask, juggling batons and red satin to try to get the text to bend naturally around the objects. I found it weird making a projected image have so much text and the final text added to be such a small amount.

My logo designs - I had to hand draw these, I added a small ringmasters hat to make them seem more related to the circus, I personally prefer the elephant to the lion i because i think the elephant ties to the circus stereotype more.
