Christmas in Grimsby 2013

As part of my role as Graphic Designer for Grimsby & Scunthorpe Media Group, I was asked to produce a logo and branding for the 2013 Christmas light switch on in Grimsby, which includes entertainment, gift and craft stalls, guest appearances and late night shopping.
 
After creating the logo and theme I was required to create a run of print and digital ads in various sizes and a 12 page niche magazine promoting the event.
 
The brief required me to use purple and green as the main colours and was to be aimed at children and parents. I selected an arts and crafts theme as my way of bringing the two together.
