In Fall 2012 my department at The Salvation Army created a media package to share with local and divisional level locations. This was my first major animation project using After Effects and Illustrator.
These first two videos were designed for Bell Ringers who were volunteering. It went through a large amount of revisions, and the end result was compressed down to a shorter length and on a time crunch.
(I only had some input on ideas for this video, operated the camera and edited the footage that was given to me, it was directed and produced by my superiors)
It was my first project using an animated background with live action foreground. And creating it all with a chroma key, using Adobe CS6 software.
This video was completely animation, the characters (and some props) were a stock vector we purchased to save time, and I animated the character and also created the rest of the props and animations.
This was all done in After Effects CS6 and Illustrator CS6.
