While working with Upstart Labs, I was tasked to work with startup Chirpify to help create a visual language for their site and brand.
Chirpify is a revolutionary new way to pay, turning your tweets into transactions. This allows the user to pay for anything by simply tweeting. We wanted to make Chirpify an approachable brand, and illustrated it's benefits using a very minimal illustrative style.
Chirpify, while fun to use, handles money and connects with PayPal. This being the case, the site and illustrations needed to maintain a high level of excellence and communication to give the Chirpify brand a more credible look and feel.
The design was successful, and the launch was featured on sites such as TechCrunch, Mashable, and GigaOm. On April 24, 2012 Chirpify announced it had closed a Series A funding of $1.3 Million.
