The Artist-in-Residence program at Children’s Hospital Oakland gives hospitalized kids the opportunity to express their feelings, hopes and fears through art. This therapeutic program integrates art into the care-giving of our sick and injured young patients, providing a nurturing, inspirational and creative experience for every child.
