The brief was to create a brand identity for a new estate agent opening in Guildford, Surrey. Chantries focus was on the top end of the market, targeting properties in the region of £500k - £3 million. The objective was to position the brand as serious contender to the larger established names in the market.
By focusing on their independent status and depth of local knowledge, we set out to deliver a fresh and memorable brand that clients would be proud to have outside their home. All the hard work was rewarded when after their first year of trading Chanties won 'Best brand and marketing communication for 2010' by the WSA. An award voted for by the general public and industry peers.
Project included: Brand Identity, interior and exterior signage, full property marketing suite, advertising templates, local tactical advertising campaigns, photography suite and development of a content managed website.
