Chameleon - Branding work

Chameleon is a multifunctional student hub. With the ability to adapt it's function around student culture. It is made up of 3 main stores, each represented by a different colour logo. These are red, green and purple.
Coffee / Study Area:

The first of the 3 is a coffee/study area (represented with the red logo) but with a twist, I understand it is important for students to have their own personal area. This is why we allow students to customise their own workspace with tables and chairs from the sides of the store.
Wifi -

Wifi is also available in the store, when students purchase a cup of Chameleon's coffee there is a code written onto the side of the cup (written in heat reactant paint) that will only appear when the hot water is added into the cup.
Blackboard -

Additionally a large blackboard on the side of the store will allow students to find out about new promotions and offers, while allowing students to communicate with eachother and their courses.

They will also be able to give feedback on how we at Chameleon can improve the store. One example of how this could be used by a student could be a photography student asking for a female model in their next photography shoot.

Clothing/ Merchandise:

Around 12 midday the first transition of Chameleon takes place. The first notable change will be the colour. The logo has now changed from red to green and the store has addapted to it's second phase.

The second stage is an area where students can see and purchase merchandise designed by other university students. This could range from fine art paintings to jewellery.

It would further allow students to market their own work. An example could be, as a graphic designer using my designs and turning them into t-shirts which could be sold in store.
A - Board -

A-Boards will be placed outside the store to promote the idea that the store is constantly changing.

Student Bar:

Finally around 8pm Chameleon will adapt to it's final phase, this is a student bar with live acoustics. It provides deals and hosting nights for sports socials. Once again details such as the front window have changed, photos from previous nights.
Loyalty Card -

Finally to create a more unified feel within the store, Chameleon also uses a loyalty card, will allow for interlinked deals. So for example when you purchase a coffee it may allow you to get 2 for 1 drinks the following night. Furthermore the mirrored design on the card allows the logo to mimic it's surroundings. Keeping to the idea that it has the ability to adapt.
App -

Furthering the idea of connection with students I designed an app which would make it easier to function the separate areas of the store. The Chameleon app will allow for offers, directions and design.
