The design and development of a new site to engage and retain existing clients.
Central Markets are one of the London’s largest boutique stock brokers. Their previous site had not been updated since the company launched in 2006. In summer 2011, Central Markets appointed Townhouse to redesign their site. We had to take into account additional inhouse development work and how information from their daily market commentaries are pushed out to their clients.
The original scope was to replace their existing 12 page static website with a new design. We launched the new site in June 2011. The new site was correctly labelled fo SEO and SEM purposes and saw an immediate increase in the number new and returning clients. In addition month on month since its launch the bounce rate has continued to drop.
Shortly after the launch Central Markets asked us to put in place a media room to allow to the adding of documents, PDFs, videos that can be accessed via the site and pushed out (through social media) to their clients.
The site has been so successfull that the original brief of a 12 page static site has grown into a 55 page site. Townhouse are currently implementing a CMS for Central Markets to allow the site to grow.
