Scallionconceptual IDEA
The story is coexisting between a Scallion Plant near by the coast
line which spreads its roots into the sea in order to feed itself. The mainframe places the residential area the roots provide the main circulation withinthe green island and a Yacht club.

Dual function pool and helicopter pad
The pool on the roof can be used also as a helipad within 2 minutes byelevating the bottom surface using three hydraulic jacks.
Aerodynamics
Aerodynamic facts were considered in Scallion main frame by curving the mainbody into an airfoil shaped surface facing toward the sea which decreasessignificantly the stresses induced by the wind.

1- Wind Turbine
There is a high performance wind turbine, capable of generating almost 1500 kWhof clean energy by converging the air stream inside a 3380 sq. ft wind gate placedat the top of the tower.
The wind turbine has 2 three-bladed rotors rotating in opposite directions inorder to increase the performance.

prepare enough hot water for showers and other purposes.
