CARPATHIA - OFFICE HOUSE
corporate identity and a set of visual materials promoting the recent office investment
GD&K Group is one of Poland’s best property developers and development property providers. It maintains a continuous dialogue with its clients and professional partners, using an extraordinary range of marketing solutions.

e1 was commissioned to design the corporate identity and a set of visual materials promoting the recent office investment called Carpathia Office House. Inspired by the atmosphere of Warsaw’s Powisle where it is situated, the building refers to Warsaw’s modernism of the 1930s, a later social realism style and contemporary architecture of the city.

Powiśle is one of the most interesting districts in Warsaw. It has become fashionable – more and more vibrant restaurants and cafes appear in this area. Just a few steps lead to the heart of the city or, in the opposite direction, to charming parks and impressive Vistula River.

The project includes design and layout of the brochure itself, commissioning of photography and editorial copy. Our approach was to create something uniquely human – a thoughtful look inside the Carpathia Office House – something that is reflected both in the editorial content, the graphic design and photography.

Content includes not only investment details, but also interior plans and technical figures about the building. The whole brochure was designed in bright, creamy colour palette with retro style photography. To make it more coherent, the publication is wrapped in a paper stripe.
