because paper is to thin.. - The project was to create an animal, around life size made solely with corrugated cardboard and glue. I chose a parrot because I knew it would be a challenge to create something that had to perch on something else. Therefore I created a massive stump for the bird the land and hang out on. This project took me 80 hours to completely finished. The color areas on the bird are either done by burning or adding flour to the glue and cardboard.
