  • CARBON MONOXIDEco, hazards & atmosphere
  • CO, hazards & atmosphere is a poster developed as a request to the Portuguese Police Department as part of a warning series focusing on hazardous items that can be found on the houses of common citizens.Seeing the models which are commonly used by the department and the rules of normal communication in this sort of media, we've opted for a more risky, intense and abstract approach than usual, as we considered that a dramatic and informal language was needed to reach the modern user with a new interest and contrast.
Ultimately, this unconventional cultural language is a major turning point in the communication language of the institution, that ultimately sets a guide for a new line that enhances the public targeting the message.

The presented version is both translated and simplified, for your viewing pleasure.
