These images were meant for the American Undercover Photography Contest at Deviant Art.

We came across this old fallout shelter sign while checking out the now-defunct, very old, and quite grungy . The building has been sitting in disuse for quite some time, but the company itself is now operating up the street a few blocks (in their shiny new steam plant). I like this one, and these fallout shelter signs are getting harder to come by as time passes on.

I couldn't decide which of these was my favorite, so I submitted all four to the contest, and decided to just post them all as a project here as well. Larger and full-resolution versions of these can also be found at Loupe.
