Caffè Ritazza is a brand owned by SSP (Select Service Partners) - it is an international coffee chain that is found in transport hubs, i.e. airports and train stations. This gives it a unique position to create a haven for coffee lovers within stressful environments. Their existing brand was starting to look dated, so they required a fresh new evolution of their look and feel.
The brief was to update Ritazza while still bearing in mind the many units they have internationally, and the overall feasibility of rolling out a 'new look' to every site. Because of this, the logo had to be retained as well as certain brand colours.
In order for Ritazza to improve their coffee credentials, a significant push had to be made to highlight the message of "The Art Of Great Coffee" which in effect has become the driving value behind the promo campaigns and collateral.
