In early 2012 i took a personal challenge and start developing a complete brand and brand strategy
for a recently created consultants company. This company sets to develop with its clients,
the little EXTRA - EXTRA from EXTRAORDINARY - in everyones life. To value those little things that we may
not see as important as they really are, but in reality can keep us motivated and make us face the world
with a smile on our faces.
Right from the star, it was clear to me that the brand should engage a set of instruments based upon an illustrative language that should be fresh, fun, raw and simple.
In the end, i came out with a solution based on comic books language, centered in eight main characters that personify the clients predefined EXTRAS. The strategy is to make these characters the active members of the brand's communication, setting the whole mood and spirit of the company for clients, employees and associates. They represent what beeing EXTRAORDINARY is for CHERRY MYLE and what CHERRY MYLE want to pass to their clients.
The result is a flexible, fresh and fun brand with a unique feeling provided by a unique universe of instruments that can be easily illustrated throughout presentations, merchandising or any other materials needed in the future. The instruments inclued, the main logo and monogram, a set of secundary logos, the extras CHERRY MYLE and the Extra-Cherry Font.
