CARPE DIM - Sales team building

  • *DIM - "Sales representative" abreviation in Portugal

    XELODA is a drug to treat cancer. Its dosage is through pills and that makes a huge difference when compared to the other drugs available. ROCHE asked us to prepare the XELODA's quarterly sales team meeting.

    The challenge was to engage the team members, to remind them of the advantages of this drug and, by doing so, to give them more efficient tools to sell it to doctors and hospitals.

    Since XELODA is administred by taking pills, the patient can make the most of the time he has left and avoids wasting it in the hospital. This is its main advantage.

    So we came up with the concept CARPE DIM - carpe diem + DIM (medical information delegate).

  • Teaser / Save The Date


    We sent the sales team members an envelope with a restaurant papper towel with drawings, as if someone did them while having a meal has most of us may have done already. A post-it glued to the papper towel encourage them to fill in a list of 10 THINGS I WANT TO DO IN MY LIFE and bring it to the quarterly sales team meeting.




  • At the meeting, each team member got a dvd of the movie The Bucket List and after they all watched it together.



  • After seeing the movie, the team members got a can, like the one in the movie to put their papper towles containing their 10 THING I WANT TO DO IN MY LIFE. This way they can always remember their important
    role in cancer patient's lives.



  • 10 unique towels were sent to the sales team members and kept.
    Our input in the sales team meeting was powerfull and everybody was highly engaged and motivated.
