- February 2012, I was chosen to take part in the Creative Times student brief series. (See the original brief here.
Myself and 2 other student designers were given a brief to respond to, to design a logo or symbol for the anti-consumerist movement 'Buy Nothing Day'.
My interpretation takes an international and recognisable mark, and adds its own twist with a barcode, an extremely piece of common commercial imagery. The numbers across the base of the barcode also read as the actual date of the 2012 'Buy Nothing Day' (November 24, 2012).
