Visitors to the Buck Up with Buckley’s site had the opportunity to create a customized video mash-up which they can share with friends, post to Facebook, and add to the online gallery where people vote for the best one. The prize? A chance to be in a future Buckley’s ad. The first month post-launch, 216% of e-mail recipients clicked through to the site, and 17% of people forwarded the emails to their friends (other in-market programs which typically range anywhere from 0.5%-8%).
