Completed conceptual design of a two-story commercial office building in Newburgh, NY. This 20,000 SF building would serve as the headquarters for All Seasons Sports Entertainment. The design was intended to create an iconic presence along the adjacent interstate and establish a dynamic and healthy work environment utilizing natural light to illuminate the space as well as creative passive heating in the winter. The design also takes advantage of the rolling landscape views to the north and the south of the site. Responsibilities included determining site placement, creating the building design and floor plan, and developing a complex 3D model, realistic renderings, and presentation graphics.
