An abstraction was created through the observation of a jetty located on Mustang Island State Park, Texas. While considering the cubist approach of representation of the fourth dimension also known as time, an abstraction was created based on how, over time, the man-made jetty might begin to shift. The contrast of light and shadow is roughly created through the spacing found between the large stones as represented by the shading structure.
