    Vision statement: Its time we question the way we learn. There needs to be a system that accommodates for each person's needs. A system that challenges and drives an individual to establish a fundamental passion for learning. We want to help children realize their potential, to provide tailored learning.

    Mission statement: To succeed as a company, we must include all the expressions of human talent and potential that society offers. When we are truly inclusive, we go beyond toleration to understanding all the qualities that make people who they are, that make us unique, and most important, that unite us. We energetically adapt our products, services, practices, and processes to new opportunities and methods of doing business. We assure that changes in technology drive changes in the company.

    Guiding principles/key belief: For us, it is about bettering humanity, actively committed to the life of this community, sharing in its success and risk. As part of this community, we are responsible for our actions, and future generations.


    I plan to form this organization after I graduate in May 2011, i'm very passionate about this issue, and feel I need to do something about the lacking quality of public education. Teachers are extraordinary people so when I use the word "lacking" its referring to the current system and how its organized & funded.
