Brady worked with the Boy Scouts of America - Greater Pittsburgh Council to create an annual report that not only summarized BSA’s accomplishments for the 2007 year, but also informed readers about the advantageous, life-developing qualities that scouting offers to young people. Brady first created a theme to be woven throughout the entire report: “Molding Young People into Successful Adults”. Using this theme, a report was created that included letters from individuals who have participated in scouting. The letters detailed each person’s appreciation for the scouting program and the impact that scouting has made on their lives. Each letter was accompanied by a montage of personal and professional memorabilia to give readers a glimpse into each contributor's personal story. Scouting assets were included as visuals throughout the report to support the copy. And to bring the theme full-circle, an envelope was included in the back of the report with a request for readers to submit their own scouting story to the council.
