The focus of this project was to learn how to bringa flat design into three dimensions. We developed
our characters from a blank template usingIllustrator and Photoshop. The final piece is thenprinted out and folded together, no glue is usedin the construction. For the lion’s mane I createdan additional component from my own templatewhich is then incorporated into the main designthrough a series of folds and slots.
