My Blue Plastic Cup Font placed on the website i love typography
Experimental font Blue Plastic Cup. It is that kind of a situation when you see things around you and glue their functional hidden opportunities with known technical capabilities. While I was doing my academic European calligraphy I’ve noticed something special about a plastic cup that I was using to clean my calligraphy pens. So what I’ve notice was that the cup had a hollow ring border and can take the calligraphy ink in it and become a pen itself for experimental calligraphy. So on a joint analysis of hidden functions of the plastic cup and classical art of calligraphy the experimental font image was born.
