This piece was inspired by a quote by Paul McCartney, "If slaughterhouses had glass walls, everyone would be a vegetarian." The illustration expresses the fact that we are kept in the dark about where our animal products are coming from and how they are treated. Our ignorance is voluntary. We either chose not to see the truth or we are prohibited to see the truth. The ones who do see the truth cannot communicate the crimes behind closed doors.
