Since 2007, close to Antewerp (Belgium), there is bike race with only three requierements, you can not have gear in your handlebar, neither clepless pedals and you can not have your legs shaves... You must to race with a retro roadbike. There are 60 km with pros and people and amateur who love to enjoy bikes.
