Established in 2005, Blackball (then Bilhares Mendes) was in a peculiar situation to several companies: had a great product, good corporate culture, satisfied customers and a store in one of the largest shopping Brazil … and a brand that did not represent all. The lack of brand management did not cooperate in the formation of the desired image cultivated by the company. Consequently, a very low brand recall in the market and among its own customers. Missing opportunities every day.
ACTION
We have positioned the Blackball as an ambassador of what we call “Billiard Design” where game and pool tables are decorative items. Anora Campo also created the new name and visual expression to brand. All designed for make possible to brand deliver the promise and the correct pre-image about itself.
RESULT
After launch new brand already registered jump of 30% growth, sales to national figures, invitations to participate in design and decorating shows, new corporate clients as Gucci and Ambev and sales through the new website. The new brand has come to receive and represent all company’s values. A brand that talks to the right audience, in the right way, with the right message / promise.
We’ve worked closely with LL Projetos Arquitetônicos to design a new Blackball's store in Campinas, Brazil.
