The Assignment: BlackRock a the premier global asset management company was looking to reposition its brand as “intelligence you can trust”.  Field representatives and financial advisors were using multiple, disparate data sources, multiple content sources and fragmented client information to manage their daily business. BlackRock approached us to conduct research and design a solution that would enable their brand promise while equipping their sales force with the tools needed to succeed.
 
Insight: Field sales reps and Financial Advisors alike live by one motto,  “Always Be Closing!” Their desire to win is driven by an inherent need for control.
 
Idea: DRIVE
We introduced a tablet platform that elicits a sense of complete control by empowering sales reps to drive the conversation during in-person sales meetings using editorial themes, product data and client information in an easy to use dashboard
