    Black Rock
  • This was by far the most extensive project I have ever done and from what I've done, I know there is much more I could do. It was a complete rework of a Fortune 500 Company of my choice, BlackRock. For this I reworked the word mark to give it a stronger feel to reflect BlackRock: Professional, dependable, and stable.

I expanded the target market of the company to include the Middle Class. The class hit the most in the Economic collapse. This gives the company a prime demographic looking for stability and security, which will help BlackRock to grow, and what I tried to keep in mind while doing the design work.

I also updated their website to make navigation easier for clients and visitors. The Annual Report is sent out to customers every year, and shows the progress of the company in the current year as well as comparing it to years previous.

Because BlackRock is almost unheard of to the average consumer household, I went with an ad campaign meant to educate the viewer and to make them curious. People tend to learn more when they investigate something on their own.
