An assignment I had in Communication class was to make a poster for one of four given artists, promoting a fictional concert, making something that felt new and familiar at the same time. I chose Björk because she has a very special "world" to her music and personality, which felt most interesting to work with.

I spent several hours in Illustrator making every single triangle which draws Björk's face, using a reference photo of her. I kept a light-toned feel with some hints of colour to give life to the poster, and used geometric elements to structure the whole image.
