Bittersweet Memories
We tend to keep any kind of memories, mostly those ones which bring back
sweet and kind moments that we experienced before; however, it is very well
known that the most fluid and clear memories are those that are related to
sadness, pain and traumatic experiences.
And precisely those are the memories that Bittersweet Memories pretends
to expose. Bittersweet Memories is our first series of paintings on the street that
gathers topics and situations that go from homesickness to death; this series
will be painted on several walls from Mexico City and other states from September
to January and the main objective is to show several emotions by means of a
sober and experimental style.
