Bier Schnobbes Brewing Company is a concept idea executed as a collaborative project between myself and Mark Mendola. The idea was to create six different kinds of beers branded under one craft brewing company. These beers would unite great design with great ingredients while teaching consumers about why they should appreciate and know about what they drink. The second part of the project involved a series of infographic posters that highlight the aspects of brewing such as glass types, how to identify beer by color, how commercial breweries function, and what you need to make your own beer. The final pieces were installed at the SUNY Fredonia EC gallery where visitors were encouraged to come in and learn more about beer and take a look at our designs. Read Less
