Music video edited by Nelson Teixeira with Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 using free video footage from the Stray Cinema Project.

 

The competition had already ended almost one year before I knew about this project, but I wanted to practice my editing skills, and do something just for personal fun, so I did this video anyway on my first time using Premiere Pro - thank you, Youtube tutorials!

 

After reviewing the clips I had to work on, I decided that I would like to create a music video from them, something that would tell about a shy-boy-loves-cute-girl story. So, in the end, it turned out to be a mix of a short movie and a music video.

 

Looking for which song to pick to illustrate this love story was quite an easy task, actually. I (also) have a sort of "love songs" playlist and Jim Croce's "I'll Have To Say I Love You In a Song" was immediately the one that popped into my eyes. It's not a very well known song, I think, which for me works even better and I found the lyrics to match almost perfectly to with what I needed to tell my version of the story. And not being too long was also a plus!

 

So after three days (and nights) learning and editing, here's the final result (so far, for there may be some tweaking in the future).
