About 2000 people were gathered in Addis Ababa on April 11th for my mother's funeral. The purpose of the trip was not to take photos, but using this window i was able to document family from the country who came to visit us. You will see in most of the photos people wearing black or wearing the Ne'te'la (Ethiopia Scarf with designs on the bottom). If the designs are upside down it means that the person is mourning.
