I was asked to create an image for Bertha watches that could be used in a double page advertisement. The image below is what I created. It consists of twelve photographs, each lit in a different light, and then layered together in Adobe Photoshop. Using this method enabled me to shoot the scene exactly as it is styled in real life instead of cutting and pasting the jewelry in after the scene is shot. I feel using this method produces a much more eye pleasing end result.
