An interesting brand refresh for this vastly experienced North London estate agent with four established offices. Having just renovated the offices the brief was to bring life to the existing identity without completely losing the brand colours and logotype.
The existing conservative blue and gold palette was inverted with a simple bold yellow becoming the main colour, the original dark blue supporting. The basis of the identity was to champion 'The Simple Things' – this was the influence for the pared down illustrative style of the brochure.
