BeneFIT Chain - internal system

Brainstorming
The idea generation techniques were done in the form of inspiring brainstorms. By using traditional materials such as sticky notes, we were able to create workshop and discussion, and from them to generate ideas. Later on these ideas were organized in categories and ordered in hierarchical structure.
Design stage
With the wireframes and mock-ups we visualized the concept so that the client can see a prototype of the new system. It also served the function as a tests tool so that we could see, how the users navigate through the system and if there will be a need to make changes in the future iterations.
BeneFIT Chain current Intranet
1.    Insufficient user interface and not satisfying user experience of the system. A small percentage of the users are using it.
2.    Doesn’t provide users with full awareness, when new documents are being added or modified into the system.
3.    Limited functionality.

Key strength of the e-concept:

The interface is easy and intuitive to use.
There will be notifications in order to remind the users, when a new file is uploaded, or if changes are made.
The messaging and contact possibilities give to physiotherapists the opportunity to keep in contact with each other.
Schedules and events can be assigned in an easy way.
