Waterstone's Illustration Competition 2011 - Waterstone's recently ran a competition to illustrate Beauty and the Beast, as re-told by Michael Morpurgo. We were asked to submit one doublepage spread of any scene of our choosing, and character sketches of the three principle characters. I created these images using pencil and paper, and colour in Photoshop.
