Although the majority of consumer decision makers are women, the ratio of female creative leaders in the ad industry is dramatically low. (In the USA only 3% of the creative directors are woman and the male dominance is obvious in our region too.)
The task is to create a poster that will demonstrate to the advertising professionals of the Festival how beneficial it would be to have more female creative directors in place."
We decided to design kind of a fake infographic, showing the abilities of both women and men. After reading all the skills it turns out that they are the same.
