I've always been a huge fan of bao, a Chinese steamed or baked bun filled with sweet BBQ pork filling. Being in L.A. for the last four years, I have been exposed to a plethora of food trucks, but I am yet to find a truck dedicated to the simplicity and delicious-ness of bao. Therefore, I created by own vision of a simple, but fun food truck that would be dedicated to sharing bao with the city of L.A. Utilizing simple illustrations, I wanted to communicate that this truck comes from a land and world that loves and promotes bao.
