The goal is to create a packaged product line targeted to an audience looking to expand their knowledge of cooking and international spices. You will be responsible for doing research related to traditions and cultures, defining specific products to be included in your line; your specific audience lifestyle, the retail marketplace, and the user scenario of how someone interacts with your products and packaging.
I chose to explore the culture of american barbecue,creating a line of barbecue sauces and rubs offering a taste of barbecue from the top barbecue regions in the United States, which include Memphis, North Carolina, Texas, and Kansas City.
