Custom Vintage Trailer
After spending hours upon hours of refurbishing his wife's trailer, my friend brought it to me for some custom modifications. Here are the pics, documenting the process.
Other than the base coat, all the work was hand painted and finalized with a few layers of satin clear.
Started with polished aluminum. Note the cross hatched door and louvered access panel, it will be removed and replaced with a newly fabricated door and the louvers removed also.

- Right about the fifth layer, we sent the original door panel 'down the road' and cut out a new sheet metal panel. Smooth and flat.
- We also cut new panels to replace the louvered access panel and lower access panel.
