B-Ware is a university project for a brand new digital tv channel, completly dedicated to trash content; the aim is to give all the fans of the genre an HD channel, broadcasting 24/7 trash programs and movies. Don't be nerd on your pc in your dark room, be cool and turn on your huge television on B-Ware!
target we want to get is a little bit outside the classic schemes: you
know, what kind of people could be more fond of blood, sex, violence,
non-sense and slimy monsters than the geek on his couch at the margin of
human society? Meanwhile, we're also convinced that anyone, sometimes would be happy to watch some rough trash and laugh at it; or at least, we would.
The palimpset is various and really diversified: we got the good old tv series, like Adam West's Batman and Poltergeist, but also trash stuff like Superhuman Samurai and Captain Power; moreover, classics like Twilight Zone and Sexy Girls Next Door complete the set!
Besides, the channel has his own programs: Best of Worst, that combines the worst things found on the internet and around the world's tv channels; Trashumentary, mockumentaries or documentaries about the trash movies; Z-series, that includes all the tv series above; Watch 'em fail, a reality where some guys try to "make it trash"; Pulp News, just fake news; Fart Attack!, full of tutorials about the special FX in Trash movies.
The most important program in the palimpset is The Suckers, on air in the weekend: the concept is the same of an old tv show, "Mystery Science Theater 3000", where 2 aliens were forced to watch only trash movies, 'cause of their broken spaceship.
In The Suckers four guys are watching the movie you're watching, and you can also hear all of the comments they make about what they're seeing; obviously, the 4 dudes are trash-fan stereotypes: the nerd, the newbie, the funny guy, and the quiet.
