Background and overview
This project was a re-imagining of the existing BT reporting dashboard. Taking the existing website and data I redesigned the navigational experience - finding the optimal way to navigate between and change accounts. For each account I reorganised the data, adding graphics and colour to highlight any important data or sections.
Account Navigation Options
I wanted to investigate ways to allow the user to quickly change account move between accounts. I incorporated several options into the wireframes for testing and user feedback.
Interactive Prototypes
Interactive prototypes were created to demonstrate the information architecture and navigational experience.
