BRANDING: LOGOS/MISC

  • Logo Design & Branding
    Student and Professional Design Work
  • FunCoats

  • FunCoats (a fictional brand) are light, portable raincoats that are provided to visitors of downtown Indianapolis in the spring and summer when weather can sometimes be unpredictable. A rubber duck was used to create a sense of nostalgia (of playing in the rain) and for being waterproof - like FunCoats!
  • Onyx Design Group

  • Onyx is one of several design teams I have been a part of over the past few years. This image is a combination of our team logo and a sort of team "signature" I created for the client thank you card. We had gotten to know the client pretty well over the course of the project and we felt it would be different and memorable to leave them with this silhouette of the team.

Team (as shown above): Cheryl Harnishfeger, Matt Market, Rebecca Gleason
  • National Library Bindery Co.

  • A proposed logo redesign for National Library Bindery Company in Indianapolis, IN. This re-design included much more than the logo shown here. It was only a small part of a much larger re-branding and marketing effort that we performed.

  • College Mentors for Kids

  • Logo Re-Design for a large non-profit with close to twenty college chapters (and growing). I worked with some existing graphic elements created during the initial re-branding phase by Joe Wallace and Krista Ward. Creating a logo that could be adapted and used by each individual chapter was important to uniting these chapters and creating an instantly identifiable mark.
  • College Mentors for Kids exists within a college system and each campus drives its own programming. The new logo's colors can be adapted to each campus (along with the addition of the name of the university) to maintain a cohesive brand while allowing for individuality and college pride.
  • The logos above are a very small selection of some early designs I created as part of the re-design process for College Mentors for Kids. I generally create pages upon pages of logo ideas before converging down to a handful of potential designs.
