Concierge with harvest table and working lounge seating for staff or guests
BMObility is a program that offers BMO employees a more flexible work environment that supports collaboration and choice. The program also supports staff who may work from a variety of differnt phyical locations such as home and at external or internal client locations. When staff arrive at the 16th floor, they can book where they want work based on the nature of their tasks on that day. The staff then can pick up their mobile storage from their locker and go to their booked seat. The space is kitted out with a range of seating types, collaboration spaces and a working cafe.

Transparency is conciously deployed to support the collaborative ethos of the workplace. When needed to create privacy, blue film both obscures direct views and also supports the internal branding messaging.
The ceiling design was critical in creating linkage between the public spaces of the floor through the narrow neck of space at the elevator core.
The Concierge space anchors the space and together with the Cafe, book-ends the elevator core. This space is also fitted out with AV to support town hall meetings for the entire floor.
