After an intense selection process, the company chosea list of influential people in the region to be chosen ascandidates for the membership. To notify the candidates of the comingof this exciting project, we decide to send out direct mailersas a teaser campaign.
The direct mailer was delivered by post and wascomposed of a Blue Marlin Ibiza branded box containing a letterurging the receiver to keep it a secret and that Blue MarlinIbiza will be in touch to convery more information about the project,it also had a branded view master with 2 reels, one portraying theimages
of the already existing Blue Marlin Ibiza, and onerevealing the 3D renderings of the project once completed.

After receiving the direct mailer, candidates of theBlue Marlin Ibiza UAE membership were contacted by the sales teamand then presented with an invitation letter to the clubalong with the Blue Marlin Ibiza UAE brochure all wrapped in a bigenvelope with a map printed inside pin pointing the exactlocation of the project.

A week and a half before the opening, Blue Marlin IbizaUAE sent out the Opening Weekend invite, with the details of the event and the performingartists line up.
