BELGIE is the corporate typeface used for 'kunstencentrum BELGIE' (see here).
Basically, the typeface is a redesigned version of a free font called Bebas. The underlying grid was changed, and the font was made a little more humanistic so it would fit with 'kunstencentrum BELGIE'. Missing glyphs were added, and changes were made to kerning and spacing.
